The Ark Development is the result of a powerful coalition between four prominent
Egyptian business groups: Organi Group, Al-Safi Group, Arabella Group, and Abdel-Maksoud Group. These groups bring together diverse expertise across various
industries, including construction, technology, pharmaceuticals, hospitality, automotive,
retail, and real estate.
The overall experience was carefully designed to reflect the unique identity of The Ark Development, ensuring a cohesive and relatable atmosphere for both visitors and residents. Every element, from the entrance to the apartments, was thoughtfully crafted to align with the development’s core values, creating a harmonious environment
that feels both welcoming and authentic. The design seamlessly integrates the aesthetic vision with functionality, enhancing the connection between the building’s exterior and its interiors, while fostering a sense of belonging and comfort for all who experience it.
The design of this simple terrace focuses on creating an inviting, open space where
interaction and connection take center stage. The layout is minimalist, with clean lines and natural materials that emphasize comfort and
functionality. The flooring is made of stone tiles, offering a durable yet cozy surface that
ties the space together.
The walls are finished with smooth textures that add depth without overwhelming the senses, while the flooring is polished marble or high-quality stone, offering both elegance and durability.
