An exclusively branded project that showcases a completely distinct experience of administrative development, Upwyde takes pride in launching Jazebeya administrative building, where every detail is mastered to fulfill the everyday needs of business entities. It is made to impress.
With the goal of creating the ideal environment of office space that doesn’t sacrifice style or comfort, we designed the Upwyde Developments administrative building; Jazebeya. We optimized our luxurious design elements with a high level of flexibility and functionality to suit the diverse set of users.
To accommodate the many entities sharing the building, we ensured
that Jazebeya’s corridors provide easy wayfinding. Room
numbers are clearly visible, with signage masterfully integrated
against textured paint. Facilitating navigation through design
helps our clients’ end users save time, thereby enhancing the functionality
of the finished space.
First impressions are everything, so the Jazebeya experience begins with a combination of light and dark marble with metal cladding, conveying luxury in a form that is nuanced and subtle.
