When Arkan and Palm Hills combined their commercial expertise to launch a world-class destination in West Cairo, the result was "205: An Arkan Palm Development". The project, named because of the 205 feddan land it occupies, utilizes its immense capacity to become a "city within a city"
We joined this legendary partnership with the aim of designing a community that can stand in its own, both functionally and aesthetically. We tackled a wide range of apartment interiors, each one automated, fully finished, and exhibiting a luxurious hotel atmosphere.
The modern interior design of the hotel serviced apartment offers a sleek and contemporary aesthetic combined with functionality and comfort. The overall design concept focuses on creating a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere for guests.
Our design strategy for 205's apartment interiors featured differing concepts to suit a variety of unit types. We kept young users in mind when designing single bedroom units, blending both light and dark tones with modern materials like terrazzo, marble, and engineered wood. Highlights of this unit type also include storage spaces, an open kitchen, a dressing room and ensuite bathroom linked to the master bedroom, as well as a home office perfect for working in today's world.
